SMO/SMM
Social media marketing (’SMM’, the alternative term is ’social media optimization’, ‘SMO’ – like a ‘SEO’) is the process of promoting your site or business through social media channels/resources and it is a powerful strategy that will give you links, attention and massive amounts of traffic.
MySpace, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook are all the rage, but for the most business owners there are better ways to stay close to customers.
